I'm so proud of myself! I went running at the gym during lunch time. Spent 20 mins on the thread mill, seriously that's enough for me. Going to go Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.. Going to make it a routine hopefully I can fulfill it need to build up my stamina (:

Baby forgot his running stuff so I went running by myself even though I had colleagues running in the gym too. But he's running with me on wednesday yay! Maybe this week i'll run and brisk walk on the 2 remaining days and maybe next week move it up to 25 mins and then gradually I can run longer.
