Owwie.. not aching or anything. Just pain! It's not my legs but only one particular spot and it's the front part of my ankle on my right leg. Maybe it's all the pressure that i've placed on it. From foot reflexology, running and cycling in the gym or maybe it's the shoes that I wear every day.

I think i'm sua ku or something but I have placed a Salonpas on the area that is throbbing. But it doesn't seem to be working, I wonder why. Hope it gets better tomorrow I don't want to be an idiot and wear a Salonpas on my ankle the whole day.

It's going to be a long day tomorrow!
