Bonjour & Bonsoir
Wednesday, June 19, 2013 / 10:33 AM
So I decided to try this Slimming drink called Bonjour & Bonsoir.
Bonjour in French is 'Good Day'
Bonsoir in French is 'Good Evening'
Both of them play very different roles.
Bonjour - you have to drink it before breakfast. This helps with the fat burning, body shaping and body firming. The flavour of Peach helps consumers to consume the drink easily. But it does not for me as it's too sweet for my liking, I have to drink lots of water after.
Bonsoir - Take this before you go to bed, it's a fibre drink it will help with constipation and detox. Although Bonsoir is quite easy for me to drink, it has a nice after taste. The Passionfruit flavour does not really help when you're drinking the drink. Please drink it after you have shake, as it becomes thick and gooey. When it has becomes like that it becomes harder to drink.
Each box comes with 15 sachets.
Apparently it gives you amazing results within 15 days, so i'm going to see if it does or it's just one of those marketing gimmicks to try and trick people into buying the product. I've been on it for 7 days already! They say you lose about 3 - 5 kg in 15 days, well I better be losing the weight if not what a waste of money..
Bonjour & Bonsoir, originated from France.
All over they advertise that you do not need to exercise, do not need to go on a diet, or get any injections and there's no caffeine in the product and best there's no side effects!
The product has a lot of before and after pictures of people who have tried the product. But you will never know whether the picture has been photoshop or taken from other places. Unless you have friends that have tried it and if you trust them, take their word for it that it works. Then you have some reliable source that the product actually works.
Let's see if there's any improvement to my weight after my 15 days are up!
If not i'm not buying this again and it's back to the gym during lunch for me.. Sigh~

Update:
It does not work please do not buy it plus my friend was reading the Chinese papers and she was telling me that it is banned in Singapore.. I was like OMG didn't know..

Slimming
Tuesday, May 29, 2012 / 10:47 PM Was seriously late for my slimming treatment at 7.30pm, cause of the Lady GaGa concert. I was majorly stuck in a massive jam from Harbourfront to Keppel. We did not move for half an hour, thought it would be smooth sailing but I was wrong. On a normal day without a jam and say my appointment is at 7.30pm and I leave work on time, I would most likely to reach the place at 7.15pm. Guess what time I arrived.. 7.50pm = = FML! Lady GaGa I hate you! I'm not sure if I regret doing the treatment or it is good. Why do I say that.. Felt like I was being tortured on the table/bed. I had the usual scrub, massage, hydro, mask and wrap. Massage was like screaming out OMG! KILL ME! That was how I felt.. The pain was like excruciating, now my stomach feels like i've done a lot of crunches, sit-ups and maybe some other stomach exercise. Not sure if it's going to bruise tomorrow. Can you believe it I asked the person, what is Cellulite? I'm a noob, I know.. Apparently my Cellulite was so tough that the more she massage the pain increased. Then she did some belly button thing, I forgot what it's called. It's to make me not want to snack. Which kinda worked, half way through dinner I didn't feel like eating. It made stop myself from buying Koi, which I was going to treat myself from being so pissed off while going there. She measured my stomach before she actually started the treatment and then messaged after.. I lost 7cm in total cause she measured 3 areas. But now i'm not sure to continue the treatment as it is over my budget. Sigh.. what a dilemma. |
